Update from Homerton Health Visiting
We understand your concerns and anxieties at this moment and that many of your settings are supporting the most vulnerable children as well as being open for children of NHS workers. We are very grateful for this support.
Due to social distancing requirements, the Health Visiting Service is not offering any face to face visits, including Integrated Development reviews. Current activity includes:
- Telephone assessment for the two and half year review using the ASQ
- Children in Need and Child Protection Children, those with additional needs and at risk are being prioritised by the service
- Home visits will only be offered through telephone assessment and discussion with the Lead Health Visitors.
The website will be updated weekly to let families and partner organisations know what the current status is for the Healthy Child offer.
If you have any queries, concerns about 27 Month Integrated Reviews, in particular relating to vulnerable children, your first point of contact will be your named Link Health Professional. If you are not aware of who this is please contact Caroline.Hart@learningtrust.co.uk. Caroline will be your main contact for queries which can be sent through to the Health Visitor Leads:
If you are unable to make contact with your Link Health Professional, contact the area coordinator for your cluster
