Feedback process for our customers

If you are a school, setting or organisation and you have any complaints or concerns regarding the services you purchase from Hackney Education or our processes, you should first take it up directly with the service area manager concerned.

If you do not know who that is, or you do not achieve satisfaction through that route, then please email the details of your concern/complaint with the subject ‘COMPLAINT’ to The Services for Schools Team at s4s@hackney.gov.uk. You will receive an acknowledgement of your email within 2 working days and we will strive to give a full response within 4 weeks.

In the event that this does not satisfy you then please email details of the issue with the subject ‘COMPLAINT’ to Hackney Education’s Chief Executive Officer.
