Complaints procedure

If you have any complaints or concerns regarding our services or processes you should first take it up directly with the manager concerned.

If you do not know who that is, or you do not achieve satisfaction through that route, then please email the details of your concern/complaint with the subject ‘COMPLAINT’ to The Services for Schools Team at s4s@learningtrust.co.uk or alternatively telephone 020 8820 7378. You will receive an acknowledgement of your email within 2 working days and we will strive to give a full response within 4 weeks.

In the event that this does not satisfy you then please email details of the issue with the subject ‘COMPLAINT’ to Hackney Learning Trust’s Chief Executive Officer.
