A tailored CPD programme for teachers, leaders, support staff and governors
Recent changes to Ofsted assessments means that continuous professional growth is no longer optional - it's essential. Ofsted will now monitor how schools and settings support the development of their staff and leaders.
We have changed our CPD offer to support this shift in approach. Schools and settings are central to our development initiatives, which directly address the unique educational landscape in Hackney.
