- Strategic CPD mapping - a dedicated planning session with your Headteacher or CPD lead, resulting in a curated plan to help you strategically navigate your training opportunities
- Bespoke training programme - a customised training curriculum tailored specifically to meet your school's unique needs and goals
- Professional Learning Exchanges - termly, responsive sessions keeping your middle and senior leaders connected to cutting-edge practice on the issues that matter most right now
- Premises compliance training - essential safety and operational courses to keep your site tight, including IOSH Managing Safely and IOSH Refresher courses for your Premises Officers
The bespoke training elements allow you to meet your most pressing CPD needs at any point in the year. We only co-design your programme when you feel your school is in a position to commit.
Professional Learning Exchange
These sessions are designed for middle leaders across all subject and faculty areas and provide a holistic approach to professional development. The sessions are organised into two separate groupings according to subject area.
Leaders from these areas will spend mornings or afternoons engaging in collaborative learning experiences that focus on best practices, innovative teaching strategies, and the latest educational research.
