Overview

Early years settings and primary schools can take part in engaging sessions on a beautiful Hackney marsh at one of the Hackney Forest School sites near the canal. Those taking part in Forest School have experiences like never before, in an exciting and unfamiliar natural setting.

What's included?

Our Forest School taster session (up to 2 hours) features:

  • a brief introduction to the Forest School ethos and philosophy
  • basic guidelines on Health and Safety and site use
  • a demonstration of the range of practical activities to offer to children from the age of two upwards
