Overview
Due to the challenges that school leaders are experiencing because of the Covid situation, the headteacher performance management process may need to be adapted.
Our experienced Leadership and Management Advisers are aware of these challenges and how to navigate them. They will guide governors through the statutory headteacher performance management process.
What's included?
The service includes:
- Guiding and advising the governors through the process
- Supporting governors and headteachers to review headteacher progress against headteacher standards and performance objectives
- Analysing and interpreting pupil level assessment data (where appropriate)
- Drafting negotiated agreed objectives with measurable success criteria
- Producing a summary of performance against current objectives
- Supporting with objective setting for the new cycle
