Advice on all aspects of capital project management including legal requirements, designs, procurement, contracts, cost control and project management.
The advice given might be to inform the selection of a project from a range of options, or to examine the viability of an initial concept (e.g. to consider the likely costs vs. the budget available, and the time it will take to deliver). Where this work leads to a substantive project that you would like us to deliver under our Property Management or Capital Project Management Packages, any costs incurred through this route will be offset against the overall project delivery costs, reducing what you would ultimately pay for the advice offered.
