We have refreshed our approach to CPD to meet the needs of secondary and post-16 settings and support professional growth.
Our new model of Professional Learning Exchanges provides an opportunity to exchange ideas, share insights, leverage collective expertise and drive meaningful change.
What's included?
Professional Learning Exchanges - Walkabouts
These sessions are designed for two distinct leadership groups:
- Headteachers, Principals, Deputy Heads
- Heads/Directors of Sixth Form (or equivalent)
Participants have the opportunity to visit other educational settings to see leadership in action and to focus on agreed themes. They are an important space for reflection, exchange and action planning.
Professional Learning Exchange - Talkabouts
These sessions are designed for middle leaders across all subject and faculty areas and provide a holistic approach to professional development. The sessions are organised into two separate groupings according to subject area.
Leaders from these areas will spend mornings or afternoons engaging in collaborative learning experiences that focus on best practices, innovative teaching strategies, and the latest educational research.
